How long does the course take?
The course is designed to change your daily habit in 21 days. You follow 2 lessons per week and practice as much as you can in between. Alternatively, you follow one lesson per week over a timespan of 6 weeks.
How long do I have access to the course?
You'll have 2 months access to the course materials and the online community for accountability and ongoing support from peers and myself if you take the Basic plan. You'll have 6 months access to the course plus the online community and the online courses to learn up to half primary series with the Elite plan. And with the Premium plan, you'll have a full year of access to the course, the online community and the online courses to learn the full primary series.
How often do I have to practice?
It is advised to practice 6 days a week; however, starting with 3-4 times a week is a good start to memorise the sequence and set base for a regular routine.
I want to learn more asanas, How can I continue?
After the course you can continue with a paid membership to the Yoga Café; my global online Ashtanga community. Here you'll find the online courses preparing you for half and full primary series. And I am always available for individual sessions to expand your personal practice.
