Come dive in the depths of the traditional Ashtanga Mysore Style method during a profound retreat and 60 hr TTC module.
You are most welcome to join this exclusive retreat/course if:
A.You have finished a generic/multi style 200 hr yoga teacher training which barely touched on Ashtanga Yoga. Unfortunately Ashtanga Yoga has been known as a vigorous yoga style, ‘not for every body’ or even hazardous. All due to lack of understanding of the traditional Ashtanga Yoga Method and tuition by teachers who do not ‘live’ the practice. This continuing education module is for you if you are curious to dive deep into the roots of this rich healing practice, called Mysore Style.

B. You are an Ashtanga practitioner and have had profound experiences practicing Mysore style. You know that a daily practice where you follow your own breath while being skilfully adjusted into the asana’s and receiving individual instruction allows for deeper connection and growth. You are ready for a two week dive in depth retreat into your own Ashtanga sadhana set on lush tropical beach side destination.

C. You are an Ashtanga practitioner and teacher/studio owner and wanting to learn how to guide students Mysore style; being a life coach, rather than an instructor, holding space for their on-the-mat-experience which often mirrors their daily struggles. You want to safely teach/host Ashtanga group classes for every one, based on the traditional method. If you believe that this is a powerful method to share with your students then this module is for you.
